Vineyards

The Vineyards is located in north Naples between Pine Ridge and Vanderbilt Beach Road.  Lush landscaping with lots of trees and ponds are a common feature of one of my favorite communities in all of Naples.  It's a great community to walk or bike too.

Most of the communities in the Vineyards are gated with a few exceptions.  The two main entry points are off Vanderbilt Beach Road on the North and Pine Ridge on the south, with 24 hour guard service.

Vineyards Single family homes will range from the low $200s to $2 million.  Villas, condos and coach homes range from the $180s to $1 million.

In addition to the beautiful flora and fauna of the Vineyards, you have your choice of two 18-hole PGA championship golf courses.  A recently renovated 70,000 square foot clubhouse and 12 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. 

The Vineyards offers a variety of membership opportunities however none are mandatory.  This is a perfect match for the non-golfer who still appreciates the beautiful surroundings a club can bring.  There are also no Community Development District (CDD) fees or charges at the Vineyards.  A CDD is a special taxing district created by developers used to fund infrastructure and development costs.  While many other large communities in Southwest Florida pass this fee on to the homeowner, the Vineyards is an exception.

Nearby is Physicians Regional Hospital, it actually borders the development on the west.  The Vineyards Community Center is a 32 acre park located across from the Vineyards residences.  The Center offers racquetball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, basketball, tennis, two softball fields, and a variety of classes from aerobics, basketball camps, karate demonstrations, and art classes.

Beautiful beaches are just a short drive by taking either Pine Ridge or Vanderbilt Beach Roads due west to the Gulf of Mexico.  Shopping and restaurants are all around the Vineyards property. Nothing is very far away.
